Bacon-Wrapped Chicken (Crockpot) Easy and soooo delicious, this chicken just falls apart. Be sure to serve it with bread or rice to use up all the yummy sauce. And remember, the crockpot is a great way to cook during hot weather! 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 8 slices ham 8 strips bacon 1 can (10.75 oz / 301 g) cream of mushroom soup 1/2 to 1 cup (120 to 240 ml) sour cream 1 can (4 oz / 112 g) mushrooms, drained Green onions Salt and pepper to taste Place each chicken breast on a piece of ham, then wrap each breast with a bacon strip and place in crockpot. Combine undiluted soup, sour cream, mushrooms and onions. Place over chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on high 3 to 5 hours. Makes 8 servings.
